A bill for an act
relating to state government; reducing salaries for certain officials; reducing
legislative per diem.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin SALARY AND PER DIEM REDUCTION.

The salary for the following officials is reduced 15 percent: legislators, the governor,
the lieutenant governor, and the head of each agency listed in Minnesota Statutes, section
15.06. The per diem for legislators established under Minnesota Statutes, section 3.099,
subdivision 1, is reduced 15 percent.
