  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $479,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.9   commissioner of trade and economic development for a grant to 
  1.10  the city of Bingham Lake to design and construct wastewater 
  1.11  system improvements to connect its wastewater system to the city 
  1.12  of Windom.
