  1.8      $1,500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.9   board of water and soil resources for a grant to the Lac Qui 
  1.10  Parle-Yellow Bank watershed district to acquire, design, 
  1.11  construct, furnish, and equip the Prairie Farm Preservation 
  1.12  Education and Exhibit Center.
