  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [LAURENTIAN ENVIRONMENTAL LEARNING CENTER.] 
  1.6      $....... in fiscal year 2002 is appropriated from the 
  1.7   general fund to the commissioner of natural resources for 
  1.8   transfer to the Mounds View school district to upgrade staff 
  1.9   housing facilities and purchase vehicles for student 
  1.10  transportation at the Laurentian environmental learning center.  
  1.11  This appropriation is available until spent.
