  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $100,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of the pollution control agency for the biennium 
  1.9   for a grant to the Garrison, Kathio, West Mille Lacs Lake 
  1.10  Sanitary District for the cost of environmental studies, 
  1.11  planning, and legal assistance for sewage treatment purposes.
