A bill for an act
relating to public safety; appropriating money to continue a demonstration
project for high-risk adults.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin DEMONSTRATION PROJECT FOR HIGH-RISK ADULTS;
APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2012 and $....... in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of public safety for grants to the nonprofit organization
selected to administer the demonstration project for high-risk adults under Laws 2007,
chapter 54, article 1, section 19, in order to continue the project for a third biennium.
This is a onetime appropriation.
