  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to game and fish; modifying fish and dark 
  1.3             house fees; amending Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 
  1.4             97A.475, subdivision 11. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 97A.475, 
  1.7   subdivision 11, is amended to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 11.  [FISH HOUSES AND DARK HOUSES; RESIDENTS.] Fees 
  1.9   for the following licenses are: 
  1.10     (1) for a fish house or dark house that is not rented, 
  1.11  $11.50; and 
  1.12     (2) for a fish house or dark house that is rented, $26; 
  1.13     (3) for a portable fish house or dark house that is not 
  1.14  rented and removed from the ice once every 24 hours, $6; and 
  1.15     (4) for a portable fish house or dark house that is rented 
  1.16  and removed from the ice once every 24 hours, $13.
