A bill for an act
relating to civil law; authorizing referees to preside over conciliation courts;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 491A.03, subdivision 1.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 491A.03, subdivision 1, is amended to
read:

judges of conciliation court. deleted text begin In the Second and Fourth Judicial Districts, a majority of

shall establish qualifications for the office, specify the duties and length of service of
