  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [ELECTRONIC LIBRARY FOR MINNESOTA; 
  1.7   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $750,000 in fiscal year 2002 and $750,000 in fiscal year 
  1.9   2003 is appropriated from the general fund to the higher 
  1.10  education services office for statewide licenses to online 
  1.11  databases for school media centers, public libraries, state 
  1.12  government agency libraries, and public or private college or 
  1.13  university libraries.
