A bill for an act
 relating to human rights; providing a small business exemption from unfair
discriminatory practices in employment based on familial status; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 363A.20, subdivision 1.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 363A.20, subdivision 1, is amended to read:


Subdivision 1.

Employment.

The provisions of section 363A.08 shall not apply to
the employment of any individual:

(1) by the individual's parent, grandparent, spouse, child, or grandchild; deleted text begin or

(2) in the domestic service of any personnew text begin ; or
