A bill for an act
 relating to animals; dogs and cats; establishing liability for attacks by cats;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 347.22.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 347.22, is amended to read:


347.22 DAMAGES, OWNER LIABLE.

acting peaceably in any place where the person may lawfully be, the owner of the deleted text begin dog
