  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [PIG'S EYE CLEANUP GRANT.] 
  1.7      $7,100,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2002 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the pollution control agency for a grant to the 
  1.9   city of St. Paul to complete the response action plan at the 
  1.10  Pig's Eye dump.  This is a one-time appropriation and is 
  1.11  available until spent.
