  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [CRISIS INTERVENTION PROJECT CARRYFORWARD.] 
  1.7      Unexpended funds appropriated to the commissioner in Laws 
  1.8   1998, chapter 407, article 1, section 2, subdivision 6, for 
  1.9   fiscal year 1999 for the action, support, and prevention project 
  1.10  of southeastern Minnesota, do not cancel but are available until 
  1.11  June 30, 2000. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.13     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
