A bill for an act
relating to public safety; repealing authorization that certain short term
commitments to the commissioner of corrections be served in county jails;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 609.105, subdivision 1; repealing
Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 609.105, subdivisions 1a, 1b.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 609.105, subdivision 1, is amended to read:
Subdivision 1.
