A bill for an act
relating to natural resources; extending availability of Grass Lake appropriation;
amending Laws 2006, chapter 258, section 9, subdivision 5.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2006, chapter 258, section 9, subdivision 5, is amended to read:

Subd. 5. Grass Lake

To acquire conservation easements, reroute
County Ditch 23A, construct water control
structures, and plant vegetation in order
to restore the Grass Lake prairie wetland
basin adjacent to the city of Willmar
in Kandiyohi County. new text begin Notwithstanding

bond authorization and appropriation of bond
proceeds for this project are available until
December 31, 2012.
