A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; appropriating money for marked Trunk Highway 14
construction.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin TRUNK HIGHWAY 14 APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $200,000,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of transportation from the trunk
highway fund for fiscal year 2012, for construction or reconstruction of marked Trunk
Highway 14 as a four-lane divided highway, from the city of New Ulm to the intersection
with Nicollet County State-Aid Highway 6, located west of the city of North Mankato.
Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.28, this appropriation is available for
five years following the year of appropriation.
