  1.6      Section 1.  [JUDICIAL TRAINING.] 
  1.7      The supreme court shall include in its judicial education 
  1.8   program for 2001 one-time training on the mandatory fine for 
  1.9   failure to produce proof of insurance in Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.10  section 169.791, subdivision 6.
