BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

By June 30, 2016, the commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency shall assess the
water quality of Black Dog Lake in Dakota County and post the results of the assessment
on the agency's Web site.
