  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $500,000 in fiscal year 2002 and $500,000 in fiscal year 
  1.7   2003 are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner 
  1.8   of trade and economic development for a grant to Lifetrack 
  1.9   Resources for its immigrant/refugee collaborative programs, 
  1.10  including those related to job-seeking skills and workplace 
  1.11  orientation, intensive job development, functional work English, 
  1.12  and on-site job coaching.  This appropriation is available until 
  1.13  June 30, 2003.
