relating to transportation; requiring toll facility on segment of Highway 169;
proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 160.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin [160.855] TOLL FACILITY ON TRUNK HIGHWAY SYSTEM.

new text begin Notwithstanding section 160.845, on or before July 1, 2013, the commissioner shall
establish and commence revenue operations on a toll facility on that portion of Route No.
5, signed as U.S. Highway 169 on the effective date of this section, from the intersection
with Scott County State-Aid Highway 69 to the Minnesota River.
