relating to natural resources; appropriating money for grants to promote fishing.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; LET'S GO FISHING.

new text begin $350,000 in fiscal year 2008 and $350,000 in fiscal year 2009 are appropriated from
the game and fish fund to the commissioner of natural resources for grants to Let's Go
Fishing of Minnesota to promote opportunities for fishing. The grants must be matched
with cash or in-kind contributions from nonstate sources. This appropriation becomes part
of the Department of Natural Resources' base.
