  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [EXCESS TANF FUNDS.] 
  1.6      At the end of each fiscal year, unexpended TANF block grant 
  1.7   funds may be transferred to the child care block grant to fund 
  1.8   child care expenses for individuals leaving the MFIP program.
