Bowl.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Notwithstanding any law, ordinance, or charter provision to the contrary, licensing
authorities may allow on-sale and off-sale of intoxicating liquor on the date of the 2014
Super Bowl, February 2, 2014.
