proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 82B.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

A licensed real estate appraiser shall be paid in full for an appraisal report prepared
in connection with the sale, trade, lease, or loan of real estate within 30 days of completion
of the report, or at the time of the closing, whichever is earlier.
