A bill for an act
 relating to human services; providing a rate increase for an intermediate care
facility for persons with developmental disabilities located in Big Stone County;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 256B.5012, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 256B.5012, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

July 1, 2023, the daily rate for an intermediate care facility for persons with developmental
disabilities located in Big Stone County that is classified as a class B facility is increased
from $142.09 to $250. This increase is in addition to any other increase that is effective on
July 1, 2023.
