A bill for an act
relating to health; requiring a parent or legal guardian to be present for vaccine
administration to a minor; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes,
chapter 145.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

LEGAL GUARDIAN PRESENCE.

new text begin (a) A health care provider may administer a vaccine to a minor only if the minor's parent
or legal guardian is present when the vaccine is administered.

to section 144.341, 144.342, or 144.3441.
