Development Center training and programs.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER.

new text begin $950,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the workforce development fund
to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the African
Development Center for job and entrepreneur training and financial literacy programs in
the following communities: St. Cloud, Willmar, Mankato, and Rochester.
