  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; DRIVER EXAM STATION IN 
  1.6   WASHINGTON COUNTY.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of public safety for acquiring, designing, and 
  1.9   constructing a driver examination station in the East 
  1.10  metropolitan area of Washington county.  The station must 
  1.11  provide facilities adequate to examine both knowledge and skills 
  1.12  of driver's license applicants.  This appropriation is available 
  1.13  until spent.
