A bill for an act
 relating to education; removing the annual requirement that school districts and
charter schools provide students with information about available health care
coverage through Minnesota health care programs; repealing Minnesota Statutes
2010, section 256.962, subdivision 6.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
