  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; providing for supplemental 
  1.3             revenue reduction; amending Minnesota Statutes 1998, 
  1.4             section 126C.10, by adding a subdivision. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 126C.10, is 
  1.7   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 12a.  [SUPPLEMENTAL REVENUE REDUCTION.] If a 
  1.9   district's ratio of 1992 adjusted net tax capacity divided by 
  1.10  1994-1995 actual pupil units to $9,025 is less than or equal to 
  1.11  .25, then the difference under subdivision 12, clause (2), is 
  1.12  equal to $0 for purposes of computing the district's 
  1.13  supplemental revenue under subdivision 9.
