A bill for an act
relating to energy; requiring energy guidelines for state buildings to incorporate
provisions that address resiliency with respect to climate change; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 16B.325, subdivision 2.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 16B.325, subdivision 2, is amended to read:


Subd. 2.

Lowest possible cost; energy conservation.

and chronic trends, including but not limited to changes in temperature and precipitation
levels;
