A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; authorizing the sale and issuance of state bonds;
appropriating money to reconstruct or replace a culvert under Trunk Highway 64
in Eleventh Crow Wing Lake in Akeley.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin Appropriation. new text end

new text begin $....... is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund
to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Hubbard County to reconstruct
or replace the culvert under Trunk Highway 64 crossing Eleventh Crow Wing Lake in
Akeley, or to replace the culvert with a bridge, in order to permit boats to travel between
areas of the lake on either side of the highway. No local match is required for this grant.

new text begin To provide the money appropriated in subdivision 1 from the
bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance shall sell and issue bonds of the state in
an amount up to $....... in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect prescribed by
Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution,
article XI, sections 4 to 7.
