  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money to 
  1.3             establish and evaluate the Ramsey county pilot program 
  1.4             for education and dispute resolution services for 
  1.5             landlords and tenants. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION FOR PILOT PROGRAM.] 
  1.8      $180,000 in fiscal year 2000 is appropriated from the 
  1.9   general fund to the city of St. Paul for its housing information 
  1.10  office to establish and evaluate the Ramsey county pilot program 
  1.11  for education and dispute resolution services for landlords and 
  1.12  tenants.  The balance of the appropriation does not cancel; 
  1.13  rather it carries over to the 2001 fiscal year.
