BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin The revisor of statutes shall change any reference to the Minnesota Department of
Finance, the Minnesota Department of Employee Relations, the commissioner of finance,
the commissioner of the Department of Employee Relations, or any derivation of these
terms to the Minnesota Management and Budget Department or the commissioner of
Minnesota Management and Budget wherever these terms appear in Minnesota Statutes
or Minnesota Rules.
