BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$20,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human
services for fiscal years 2008 and 2009 for the purposes of Minnesota community action
grants under Minnesota Statutes, sections 256E.30 to 256E.32.
