relating to human services; appropriating money for the MR/RC waiver, family
support grants, and semi-independent living services.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MR/RC WAIVER.

new text begin $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human services
for the MR/RC waiver for the 2008-2009 biennium. This appropriation is in addition to
the forecast increases and is to serve an additional 200 persons beginning July 1, 2007.
This appropriation is in addition to the base.

Sec. 2. new text begin APPROPRIATION; FAMILY SUPPORT GRANT PROGRAM.

new text begin $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human services
for the family support grant program under Minnesota Statutes, section 252.32, to serve
an additional 200 persons in each year of the 2008-2009 biennium, beginning on July 1,
2007. This appropriation is in addition to the base.

Sec. 3. new text begin APPROPRIATION; SEMI-INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES.

new text begin $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human services
for the semi-independent living services program under Minnesota Statutes, section
252.275, to serve an additional 200 persons in each year of the 2008-2009 biennium,
beginning on July 1, 2007. This appropriation is in addition to the base.
