  1.3             capitol grounds. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [CAPITOL AREA.] 
  1.6      The commissioner of administration must remove all European 
  1.7   buckthorn by November 1, 2001, from the capitol area grounds, as 
  1.8   defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 15.50, subdivision 2, 
  1.9   paragraph (a). 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     This act is effective the day following final enactment.
