  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; GRANTS FOR CHILD ADVOCACY 
  1.6   CENTERS.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of children, families, and learning for grants to 
  1.9   fund the child advocacy centers that have been established on or 
  1.10  before July 1, 2001.  This appropriation is available until June
