  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to capital improvements; appropriating money 
  1.3             for planning for an addition to the field house at 
  1.4             Bemidji State University. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [BEMIDJI STATE UNIVERSITY FIELD HOUSE ADDITION; 
  1.7   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.9   board of trustees of the Minnesota state colleges and 
  1.10  universities for planning for an addition to the John Glass 
  1.11  Field House on the campus of Bemidji State University.  This 
  1.12  appropriation is available until expended.  This section is 
  1.13  effective the day following final enactment.
