A bill for an act
relating to crime; clarifying certain sex trafficking provisions by providing
definitions of sexual trafficking and sexual trafficking victim; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 609.281, by adding subdivisions.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 609.281, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

"Sex trafficking" has the meaning given in section
609.321, subdivision 7a.
