BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin SAUK RAPIDS BRIDGE PROJECT.

new text begin $6,000,000 is appropriated from the local road improvement fund to the
commissioner of transportation as a grant for connecting roads and related costs for
the new Sauk Rapids Bridge project across the Mississippi River, a project of regional
significance, and for related, previously authorized projects. This appropriation is
available until spent.
