relating to appropriations; appropriating money for
the Rushford Institute for Nanotechnology, Inc. in
Rushford.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $1,400,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant
to the Rushford Institute for Nanotechnology, Inc. in Rushford.
Of this amount, $1,000,000 is to be used for equipment and
$400,000 is to be used for operating costs.
