law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 3.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

[3.1015] CONDITIONS FOR PER DIEM PAYMENT.

Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, a member of the legislature may not
receive per diem payments, other than reimbursement for documented living and other
expenses, when the legislature is not meeting in a regular or a special session.
