relating to health; appropriating money to the commissioner of health for local
public health grants.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; LOCAL PUBLIC HEALTH GRANTS.

$37,000,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $37,000,000 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of health for local public health grants under
Minnesota Statutes, section 145A.131. This is an ongoing appropriation and shall be added
to the base.
