  1.2             relating to human services; appropriating money for 
  1.3             supportive housing and managed care. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [SUPPORTIVE HOUSING AND MANAGED CARE; 
  1.6   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $1,000,000 from the TANF block grant fund is appropriated 
  1.8   to the commissioner of human services for each year of the 
  1.9   2004-2005 biennium to provide services to families who are 
  1.10  participating in the supportive housing and managed care pilot 
  1.11  project under Minnesota Statutes, section 256K.25.
