A bill for an act
 relating to health occupations; expanding the duty to warn for licensed social
workers to include interns and students; amending Minnesota Statutes 2018, section
148E.240, subdivision 6.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 148E.240, subdivision 6, is amended to read:


Subd. 6.

Duty to warn.

by section 148.975.
