A bill for an act
 relating to housing; appropriating money for the
community rehabilitation program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2006 and $....... in fiscal year
2007 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of the housing finance agency for the community rehabilitation
program under Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.206. Of this
appropriation, $....... in each year is a onetime appropriation
and is not added to the agency's budget base.

new text begin Priority will be given to a proposal from a community in
which the existing housing is predominantly manufactured housing
and the proposal seeks funds to revitalize the community through
the use of improved manufactured housing and to leverage
available federal funds.
