  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $379,000 is appropriated from the general fund for the 
  1.9   biennium ending June 30, 2003, to the commissioner of the 
  1.10  pollution control agency for a clean water partnership grant to 
  1.11  the city of Fridley for the Springbrook subwatershed 
  1.12  implementation project.
