  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $1,800,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of St. 
  1.8   Paul to restore East Como Lake trail and lakeshore in Como 
  1.9   park.  The money is available until expended.
