A bill for an act
relating to transportation; authorizing a county to establish speed limits under
certain circumstances; amending Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 169.14,
subdivision 5h.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 169.14, subdivision 5h, is amended to read:


Subd. 5h.
